Ramee Dream Hotel Downtown, Dubai

I was thrilled with my stay at this hotel! The rooms were new, very nice, and super clean. The service, however, fell short due to poor English communication and unprofessional behavior, especially with the security deposit refund process. The location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the rhythm of the music and the spectacular view of Burj Khalifa for the NYE fireworks. The dining experience was a bit lacking for the price, but my room was lovely overall.
